The business meeting will start at 18:00 and is expected to finish by 20:30. There will be a 
light buffet between 17:15 and 18:00 as a break between the afternoon CPP workshop and 
the Forum business meeting. The CPP workshop will run between 15:00 and 16:30 (with an 
allowance of 45 minutes for over-run) and details of that meeting have been forwarded 
separately
